Working principle
The Y series vibrating screening equipment mainly consists of a screening box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, and chassis. The side plate of the screening machine is made of high-quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected to the crossbeam and exciter base with high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. A cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block are used to adjust the amplitude. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to generate high-speed rotation of the eccentric block of the exciter, producing a large centrifugal inertia force and exciting the screen box to produce circular motion with a certain amplitude. The material on the screen is subjected to continuous throwing motion by the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface. During the process of meeting the material with the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen hole are passed through the screen, thus achieving classification.
